ADJOURNMENT — 7:48 P.M. <br />M/S Aguirre /Hartnett to adjourn until the next City Council meeting of July 24, 2006. <br />The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote. <br />Council Member Hartnett requested adjournment in memory of Vice Mayor Foust's <br />mother, Claire F. Skibo, who passed away on June 30, 2006 at the age of 71. She <br />was direct, principled, firm, humorous and a person of faith who wanted to do the right <br />thing.
