<br />" (6) <br /> <br />" (7) <br /> <br />" (8) <br /> <br />" (9) <br /> <br />That portion of Corkscrew Slough lying between <br />the confluence thereof with Steinberger Slough <br />and a line perpendicular to the centerline of <br />Corkscrew Slough 1,000 yards easterly of said <br />confluence; <br /> <br />Within any wild life management area or game <br />preserve managed by an agency of the State of <br />California or the United States Government not <br />expressly permitting such hunting; <br /> <br />Within any such lands on Redwood Peninsula, and <br />within a band of land lying between the toe of <br />that portion of the outboard levee on said <br />Peninsula as said toe extends between the mouths <br />of Belmont Slough and Steinberger Slough, and a <br />line 500 feet bayward of and parallel with said <br />toe of the levee, and including Bird Island; <br />and provided that, prior to any such discharging <br />or firing of such shotguns within such tidal or <br />submerged lands bayward of such 500 foot wide <br />band of land, there shall have been posted and <br />maintained on Redwood Peninsula signs giving <br />reasonable notice of the prohibition of shooting <br />or hunting on said Peninsula; <br /> <br />Within 500 yards of a residential or industrial <br />building; and <br /> <br />"(10) Within 500 yards of any marked navigation channeL" <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
