<br />STORM WATER from page t
<br />The SWRCB will be holding two workshops to
<br />solicit comments on how they can use the findings
<br />in the report to improve the National Pollutant
<br />Discharge Elimination System Storm Water pro-
<br />gram. The first workshops will be held today (July
<br />21) in Sacramento and again on July 28 in Los
<br />Angeles. You can view the workshop notice and
<br />agenda at www.waterboards.ca.gov/stormwtr/.
<br />The deadline to submit comments to the
<br />SWRCB regarding the panel's report is 5 p,m.,
<br />Friday, July 28. The League, California State
<br />Association of Counties (CSAC) and the Regional
<br />Council of Rural Counties (RCRC) will be submit-
<br />ting a joint comment letter to the SWRCB by the
<br />comment deadline.
