<br />07/24/2006 <br /> <br />architectural periods and styles typical to the history of the City, and which <br />improvements constitute a distinct area of the City according to the following historic <br />designation criteria established by the Redwood City Historic Preservation Ordinance <br />(Chapter 40 of the Redwood City Code): <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The area exemplifies and reflects special elements of the City's cultural, <br />aesthetic and architectural history; and <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The area is identified with persons and events significant in local, State <br />and National History; and <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />The area embodies distinctive characteristics of a style, type, period and <br />method of construction and is a valuable example of the use of indigenous <br />materials and craftsmanship. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
