TO THE <br />OAK KNOLL SEWER MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICT <br />Beginning at the easterly corner of the parcel of land described in the deed filed in San Mateo <br />County Recorders file #94165114, said point also being a point in the easterly line of Lot <br />2, in Lot 4 as said lots are shown on the map entitled "Resubdivision of Lots 4 and 5, Block 23 of <br />Oak Knoll Manor" filed in Volume 10 of Maps at Page 26, San Mateo County Records; Thence <br />from said Point of Beginning northwesterly along the easterly lines of said Lot 2 and Lot 1 as <br />shown on said map, and continuing along the northwesterly prolongation of said easterly line, a <br />distance of 140 feet more or less to a point in the northerly line of Esther Lane, (30 feet in width); <br />Thence southwesterly along said northerly line of Esther Lane, 100 feet more or less to the <br />intersection thereof with the southeasterly corner of Lot 8, in Lot 5 as shown on said map, said <br />point also being the southeasterly comer of the parcel of land described in the deed filed in San <br />Mateo County Recorder's file 494165115; Thence northwesterly along the easterly line of said <br />Lot 8, 97.50 feet to a point in the City and County of San Francisco Hetch- Hetchy Right of Way, <br />said point also being the northeasterly corner of said parcel ( #94165115); Thence northwesterly <br />along the northerly line of said parcel and continuing along said City and County of San Francisco <br />Hetch- Hetchy Right of Way, a distance of 314 feet more or less to the most northerly corner of <br />the parcel of land described in the deed filed in San Mateo County Recorder's file #98013771 said <br />point also being a point in the southerly line of Lot 9, Block 23 as said Lot and Block are shown <br />on the map entitled "Oak Knoll Manor, Redwood City, San Mateo Co.
