Method of moving (fixed or actual as defined above). <br />D. SECOND NOTICES <br />1. SECOND NOTICE - ABATEMENT TERMINATED (EXHIBIT VI -D.1) <br />a. It is possible that the owner of a property will make repairs and <br />corrections which are satisfactory to the Building Official and sufficient to reverse the <br />abatement action or to fully comply with the Compliance Order. In such a case the <br />second notice, (Exhibit V, D.1 or VI -D.2) would be used to advise the tenants that the <br />action is cancelled or that their move will be temporary. <br />(1) Abatement terminated on <br />(2) You do not have to move. <br />(3) You are not eligible for relocation assistance payments. <br />b.
