3/27/00 <br />0P I!,1 i4P,L <br />$E -59L-UI IQN NQ, 13858 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br />WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit For the Use <br />of the Redwood City Weapons Firing Range ", by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and Stanford <br />University Department of Public Safety granting to said University the non- <br />exclusive use of the City's Weapons Firing Range subject to the terms and <br />conditions stated therein, a copy of which permit is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -841 <br />FXS:djk <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />03/10/00 <br />
