3/27/00 <br />0 R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13855 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF COST SHARING AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />RECONSTRUCTION AND RESURFACING OF CANYON ROAD <br />BETWEEN CORDILLERAS ROAD AND OAK KNOLL DRIVE IN <br />THE REDWOOD CITY AREA <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Cost Sharing Agreement for the <br />Reconstruction and Resurfacing of Canyon Road Between Cordilleras Road and <br />Oak Knoll Drive in the Redwood City Area ", by and between the County of San <br />Mateo and the City of Redwood City, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -796 <br />DES:rg <br />R /Sha red /Redwood /Council <br />12/15/99 <br />
