3/27/00 <br />0 R I c I v A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13854 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING <br />SERVICES - REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT <br />(HUFFMAN & ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires environmental assistance <br />in obtaining permit extensions, negotiations and other related actions in <br />connection with the Redwood Shores Levee Improvements Project in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />environmental consulting services; and <br />WHEREAS, Huffman & Associates, Inc. of Larkspur, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Environmental <br />Consulting Services - Redwood Shores Levee Improvements Project' (form <br />dated 03/14/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and Huffman & Associates, Inc., for the <br />Reso -842 1 <br />FAsharedXredwooMcouncil <br />DES:djk <br />03/14/00 <br />
