TASK ORDER NO. 1 <br /> <br /> [WATER ALLOCATION PROGRAM/- KORTECH CONSULTING] <br /> <br /> This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City"), and the <br />consultant (the "Consultant") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL <br /> ~3UPPORT WATER ALLOCATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />Consultant: KORTECH CONSULTING, INC. <br /> 640 Lakemead Way, Suite A <br /> Redwood City, CA 94062 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: July 15, 2002 <br /> <br /> 1. Task Described. Consultant shall perform the following services, which are in <br /> addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. Description of Services: See Exhibit "A," attached. <br /> <br /> 3. Compensation. City shall compensate Consultant for the services described <br /> in this Task Order based upon the rates of charge and method of calculation <br /> described in Exhibit "A" and in the original Agreement, a copy of which is on <br /> file in the City Clerk's Office, and in an amount NOT TO EXCEED Twenty- <br /> seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($27,500). <br /> <br /> 4. Time of Performance. Consultant shall perform the services to be provided <br /> pursuant to this Task Order on or before November 30, 2002. <br /> <br /> 5. Approval. In accordance with the Agreement, this Task Order was approved <br /> by the City Council of Redwood City on October 7, 2002, by motion duly <br /> made and carried (a copy of the Minute Order evidencing such approval is <br /> attached). <br /> <br /> 6. Limitation; Incorporation by Reference: Except as supplemented or modified <br /> hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby incorporated <br /> herein by this reference, and shall remain in full force and effect.
