We will endeavor <br />to complete Tasks 1 through 4 within 4 weeks. Tasks 6 and 7 can be performed within <br />three weeks following the Task 5 meeting. The schedule for Tasks 8 through 1 l can be <br />determined following the completion of Task 7. <br /> <br />Compensation <br /> <br />It is proposed that compensation for Tasks 1 through 11 be on an hourly basis plus out- <br />of-pocket expenses, as described on the attached Billing Rate Schedule. It is estimated <br />that the level of effort in performing Tasks 1 through 7 will be $20,450. It is estimated <br />that the level of effort in performing Tasks 8 through 11 will be $29,490.
