2/14/00 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13837 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />BAYSHORE ROAD WIDENING PROJECT <br />(NOLTE AND ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the widening of Bayshore <br />Road between Whipple Avenue and the entrance to Century Park Theaters in <br />the City of Redwood City (the "Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering services; and <br />WHEREAS, Nolte and Associates, Inc. of San Jose, California, represents <br />that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br />services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Engineering Services — Bayshore Road Widening Project' (form dated 12/02/99), <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and Nolte and Associates, Inc., for the performance of the above - <br />mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Reso -793 1 <br />DES:djk <br />F: /Shared /Redwood /Council <br />12/02/99 <br />
