2/7/00 <br />0 R I C I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13827 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH REDWOOD SHORES PROPERTIES <br />RELATING TO THE INSTALLATION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC <br />ACCESS FACILITIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC ACCESS <br />EASEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THE REDWOOD SHORES <br />LEVEE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain agreement entitled, "License and Indemnification <br />Agreement," by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br />of the State of California, and Redwood Shores Properties, a California joint <br />venture general partnership, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof is hereby authorized, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />2. The non - exclusive public access easement granted by Redwood <br />Shores Properties and described in the document entitled "Grant of Easement' <br />between Redwood Shores Properties and the City of Redwood City, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby accepted <br />and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said "Grant of Easement," and the <br />City Clerk is hereby directed to record said document. <br />
