NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Resolution No.13752 adopted by this Council on October 11, 1999, <br />accepting the bid of Casey Construction, authorizing execution of agreement and <br />directing return of security deposit, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> 2.
