ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13795 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE AN INFORMATION AND <br /> REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 <br /> <br /> (FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between San Mateo County <br />Human Services Agency Office of Housing and City of Redwood City - Fair Oaks <br />Community Cente(', entered into and dated as of September 30, 1999 and <br />referred to as "Agreement #71000~00-C098", by and between the County of San <br />Mateo (styled therein as "San Mateo County Human Services Agency") and the <br />City of Redwood City, pursuant to which said County shall provide funding for, <br />and the City shall furnish, an information and referral program by and through the <br />City's Fair Oaks Community Center, for fiscal year July 1, 1999 ~ June 30, 2000, <br />a copy of which Agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-784 <br />F\Shared/Redwood/Cou ncil <br />DES:djk <br />11/09199 <br /> <br /> <br />
