ORIGINAL 11/22/99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13792 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF <br /> WATER TRANSMISSION FACILITIES WITH THE TOWN OF <br /> WOODSlDE <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement For Installation and <br /> Maintenance of Water Transmission Facilities," by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City and the Town of Woodside, pursuant to which the Town of <br /> Woodside will perform certain work of improvement, including but not limited to <br /> the replacement of certain water pipes and related water transmission facilities, <br /> and the City of Redwood City and the Town of Woodside will share the expenses <br /> of the replacement of certain water pipes and related water transmission <br /> facilities, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and <br /> on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-786 <br />F\Shared/Redwood/Cou n cij <br />FXS/fs <br />11/15/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
