ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13791 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE LOCKBOX SERVICE <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Lockbox Agreement", by and among the <br />City of Redwood City, Regulus West LLC and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., pursuant <br />to which said Regulus West LCC and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. shall provide <br />Lockbox Services to the City of Redwood City, a copy of which Agreement is on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-788 <br />F\Shared/Redwood/Council <br />DES:djk <br />11/16/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
