The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and <br />execute all necessary and appropriate documents (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney) for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City for the purchase and <br />installation of traffic signal equipment (to wit: 820 LED red signal lamps) from <br />NORESCO, for a total cost of Fifty-two Thousand Three and No/100 Dollars <br />($52,003.00) pursuant to the Cooperative Purchase Provision of the City of <br />Fremont's Purchase Order No. 21796, a copy of which is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> 2. Any informality in the aforementioned City of Fremont Purchase Order <br /> No. 21796 is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 2,.
