11/8/99 <br /> <br /> - ORIGINAL - <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13783 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> FIRE STATION NO. 11; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 12, 1999, this Council approved a contract between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and W.L Butler Construction, Inc. entitled, "Design and <br />Construction Services (Fire Station No. 11)," dated April 23, 1999, (the <br />"Agreement") as evidence by Resolution No. 13602; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agreement provides that W.L Butler Construction, Inc., <br />agrees to perform architectural, engineering, construction management and <br />general contractor services in connection with the construction of Fire Station <br />No. 11; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for Fire Station No. 11, Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for subcontractor bids for the <br />work therein described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> i.
