11/8/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13782 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL <br /> DISTRICT REGARDING CONSTRUCTION, ESTABLISHMENT <br /> AND MAINTENANCE OF PLAYING FIELDS AT TAFT AND <br /> GARFIELD SCHOOLS; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the County of San <br />Mateo, the City of Redwood City, and the Redwood City School District <br />Regarding Construction, Establishment and Maintenance of Playing Fields at <br />Taft and Garfield Schools," a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively said <br />Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-776 <br />FIRWCISharedlCouncillReso <br />FXS/djk <br />11/01199 <br /> <br /> <br />
