- 10/25/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13758 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> 1999-2000 EMERGENCY ELECTRICAL REPAIRS SERVICE; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br /> BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1999-2000 Emergency Electrical <br />Repairs Service, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the 1999- <br />2000 Emergency Electrical Repairs Service - City of Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Public Works Services, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the Public Works Services Director, are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
