0 R I G I N A L 10/25/99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13755 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT TO REDWOOD CITY CHILD <br /> DEVELOPMENT CENTER FOR USE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED <br /> PROPERTY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A MODULAR <br /> CLASSROOM <br /> <br /> (FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redwood City Child Development Program has <br />requested permission to install a modular classroom at the Fair Oaks community <br />Center, 2600 Middlefield Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to grant a <br />revocable permit to the Redwood City child Development Program to install a <br /> <br />modular classroom, subject to certain specified terms and conditions; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
