0 R I G I N A L 10/25/99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13753 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS AND GOODWlN AVENUE <br /> WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING <br /> AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Alameda de las Pulgas and <br />Goodwin Avenue Watermain Replacement Project, Redwood City, California, <br />have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Alameda de las Pulgas/Goodwin Avenue Watermain Replacement Project - <br />City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office the of the Manager, Engineering and <br />Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
