<br />All that real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California,
<br />being a portion of the Northeast ''/a of Section 19, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, Mount Diablo
<br />Meridian, described as follows
<br />BEING a portion of the lands conveyed to Chevron U.S.A., Inc., a California Corporation per Grant
<br />Deed recorded in Volume 5285 of Official Records, at Page 403, and the Grant Deed recorded in
<br />Volume 618 of Official Records, at Page 232 San Mateo County Records, and being further
<br />described as follows
<br />BEGINNING at a brass disc with punch set in concrete in a monument well at the intersection of the
<br />centerlines of Veterans Boulevard and Main Street, from which a brass disc with punch set in
<br />concrete in a monument well in the centerline of Main Street and 5.00 feet Northerly of the
<br />centerline of Bradford Street bears, South 3° 27'3 1 " East, 466.37 feet distant; thence from said point
