North 86° 33' 58" East, 40.00 feet, to the intersection of the Southwesterly sideline of <br />Veterans Boulevard and Easterly sideline of Jefferson Avenue, also being the Northwest <br />corner of said lands of Vista Marin LLC; thence along the Easterly sideline of Jefferson <br />Avenue <br />South 3° 26'02" East, 245.51 feet, to the Northwest corner of said Parcel Two as shown on <br />that certain Parcel Map recorded in Volume 23 of Parcel Maps, at Page 50, San Mateo <br />County Records; thence along the Northerly boundary of said Parcel Two, along a line that <br />is parallel to the Northerly sideline of Bradford Street <br />4.
