(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 8, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Howard to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement <br />in the amount of $107,725 with Alta Planning + Design, Inc. for community outreach, <br />planning, design, and construction engineering support for the Jefferson Avenue/Cleveland <br />Street Intersection Improvement Project to enhance pedestrian crossing safety and further <br />authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment in an amount not to exceed $25,000 <br />for development of Plan, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for modifications at the <br />Jefferson Avenue/Clinton Street intersection, if deemed necessary and reasonable by the <br />City Manager. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
