CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Bain called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL—All Council Members were present. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The pledge was led by Council Member Borgens. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS - None <br />5. PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR AND ON ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />The following members of the public spoke during public comment: <br />• Dan Slanker <br />• Alison Madden <br />• Connie Guerrero <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are routine in nature and approved by one motion. <br />Council Member Gee recused himself from Item 6E due to a conflict of interest that <br />his employer is associated with Kaiser. <br />M/S (Seybert/Aguirre) to approve all items on the Consent Calendar, except 6E. The <br />motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />M/S (Borgens/Howard) to approve Item 6E. The motion passes 6-0-1 by electronic <br />vote with Council Member Gee recused and abstained. <br />6.A.
