Code § 27383. <br />ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into this 19 day of <br />M aYC4-1/ , 2019, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City") and the Property Owner <br />CLAP FINANCIAL, LLC (hereafter referred to as "Owner"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Owner owns all that certain real property situate in the County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, commonly known as 735 Upland Road (the "Property"), <br />as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property is located within City's Sphere of Influence as <br />determined by the San Mateo county Local Agency Formation Commission pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 56425; and �l <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No.1614 Zdopted 2019 <br />by the Council of the City of Redwood City consent was granted to annexation of the <br />Property to the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District; and <br />REV: 02-22-19 PR <br />Page I of 4 <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.037/Clap Financial LLC <br />
