Update the Park Walkability Map in the Needs Assessment that includes two <br />additional parks (the acquisition of property adjacent to Garrett Park and the <br />National Guard Armory at Red Morton Park); and a school to the map (Redwood <br />Shores Elementary School). <br />2. Update the benchmarking data that includes the City of Mountain View and confirm <br />the details for each of the housing configurations used in the fee calculations. <br />3. Update all figures using the most currently released 2020 Census data. <br />Total fee of $11,300 will be issued upon finalized report presented to the Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services Director and subsequent to invoicing consistent with <br />Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021 - Amend No. 1/Economic and Planning Systems, Inc.
