8.A. - Page 26 of 64 <br />If appropriate, describe publically owned land or property located within the jurisdiction that <br />may be used to address the needs identified in the plan <br />The City's former Redevelopment Agency, now the Redwood City Successor Agency owns two sites <br />partially acquired with low mod set aside funds. These two currently sites are planned to <br />include affordable housing. One site named Bradford is located in downtown Redwood City and the <br />other is Heller Street and is close to downtown. The Bradford site was awarded to MiclPen Housing <br />Corporation to construct senior housing for low income households and child care center.
