8.113. - Page 64 of 72 <br />1 <br />are adequate to protect Permittee. If Permittee believes that any required <br />insurance coverage is inadequate, Permittee will obtain such additional <br />insurance coverage, as Permittee deems adequate, at Permittee's sole <br />expense. <br />1.1.1 Commercial General Liability Insurance. $24,000,000 <br />combined single -limit per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury <br />and property damage. If the submitted policies contain aggregate <br />limits, general aggregate limits will apply separately to the activities <br />undertaken by Permittee under this Agreement or the general <br />aggregate will be twice the required per occurrence limit. <br />1.1.2 Automobile Liability. $1,000,000 combined single -limit per <br />accident for bodily injury and property damage. <br />1.1.3 Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability. Workers' <br />Compensation limits as required by the California Labor Code and <br />Employer's Liability limits of $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury. <br />Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability insurance will not be <br />required if Permittee has no employees and provides, to City's aP4 <br />Re deyelepmeRt 0!'IeRGY'S satisfaction, a declaration stating this. <br />1.2. Additional Provisions. Permittee will ensure that the policies of <br />insurance required to obtain an Event Permit contain, or are endorsed to <br />contain, the following provisions: <br />1.2.1 For Commercial General Liability Insurance, Liquor Liability <br />Insurance and Automobile Liability Insurance, the City of Redwood <br />City, itsthe Redevelopment Ag nrGy ,their officers, agents, volunteers <br />and employees will be named as additional insureds and will state that <br />the insurance will be primary and not contribute with any insurance or <br />self-insurance maintained by the City. <br />1.2.2 The Workers' Compensation policy shall contain an <br />endorsement stating that the insurer waives any right to subrogation <br />against the City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers. <br />1.2.23 This insurance will be in force during the life of the Event Permit <br />and any extensions of it and will not be canceled without thirty (30) <br />days prior written notice to City. <br />1.3 Providing Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements. Prior to <br />issuance of Event Permit, Permittee will furnish certificates of insurance and <br />endorsements to City. <br />1.4 Failure to Maintain Coverage.
