Waive First Reading and Introduce ordinance amendments to City Code <br />Chapter 2 (Administration), Article IX (Boards and Commissions), and Chapter <br />45 (Public Art) to update the powers, duties, and term limits of the Civic Cultural <br />Commission and change its name to the Arts Commission; and <br />2.
