A. - Page 1 of 1 <br />Redwood <br />r <br />City I California <br />�\ ��/founde�d�16J67 <br />CITY COUNCILMEMBER REPORT OF CONFERENCE/MEETING ATTENDANCE <br />Mayor Bain and Councilmember Reddy attended the 2019 Sustainability Awards on <br />April 4, 2019 held at the College of San Mateo. <br />Mayor Bain, Vice Mayor Howard and Councilmembers Borgens, Hale, <br />Masur and Reddy attended the Progress Seminar. The Redwood City Chamber of <br />Commerce event was held at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Bay from April 5 to 7, 2019. <br />Councilmembers Borgens and Reddy attended the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center <br />(PCRC) 8th Annual Building Empathy and Respect Awards and Benefit Event at Hiller <br />Avaiation Museum on April 11, 2019. <br />The Administrative Code requires reports of conferences or meetings for which a council member requests per diem or <br />expense reimbursement. Reports must be submitted to the City Clerk no later than the Wednesday of the week before the <br />next City Council meeting. Reports must be submitted before the City of Redwood City will pay per diem or reimbursement <br />for the conference or the meeting. Reports are not required for City Council meetings, or meetings with Council members, <br />the City Manager, City Attorney or City Clerk. <br />309 <br />
