Staff Recommendations <br />1. Adopt a resolution to approve the FY19/20 Annual <br />Action Plan and authorize the City Manager or designee <br />to execute and file documents related to the Action Plan <br />for submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development; <br />2.
