Prune trees <br />2020 <br />Repair or replace fungal or termite damaged wood trim/members at the <br />front porch overhand, front porch railing, foundation vent screen, meter <br />box, and rear porch as recommended by the Pest Inspection with <br />material in line with the original building appearance. During the <br />restoration, if further damaged areas are noted in the enclosed areas, <br />repair as needed. <br />2021 <br />Replace termite damaged lattice at the back porch with historically <br />compatible barrier. <br />2022 <br />Power wash building. Maintain building as needed. Clean roof and <br />utters. <br />2023 <br />Repair/seal cracks and voids in the brick exterior walls and porch <br />stairway with appropriate material. <br />2024 <br />Landscaping improvements to improve visibility of the house from the <br />street, and improve drainage system to move water away from house. <br />2025 <br />Maintain building as needed. Clean roof and gutters. <br />2026 <br />Inspect and repair roof as needed (replace with compatible tiles). <br />2027 <br />Restore or replace exterior windows, molding and casing as needed - <br />2028 <br />Power wash building.
