10/4/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13748 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br /> (ROSEMARY C. BELLAND, CPA) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional accounting <br />services for the Financial Management Services Division (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Rosemary C. Belland, CPA, of Danville, California, <br />represents that she is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to <br /> <br />perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Accounting <br />Services," by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, and Rosemary C.
