Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No.1 to <br />Agreement for Professional Services with Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. in the <br />amount of $40,000 (for a total amount of $188,775) regarding the Redwood <br />City Bridges Repair Project <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.D. Professional Services Agreement with Alta Planning + Design, Inc. for the <br />Jefferson Avenue Improvement Project to enhance pedestrian crossing safety <br />(304) MO 19-067 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement in <br />the amount of $107,725 with Alta Planning + Design, Inc. for community <br />outreach, planning, design, and construction engineering support for the <br />Jefferson Avenue/Cleveland Street Intersection Improvement Project to <br />enhance pedestrian crossing safety and further authorize the City Manager to <br />execute an amendment in an amount not to exceed $25,000 for development <br />of Plan, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for modifications at the Jefferson <br />Avenue/Clinton Street intersection, if deemed necessary and reasonable by the <br />City Manager. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.E. Professional Services Agreement with Fehr & Peers for the Roosevelt Avenue <br />Traffic Calming Plan (304) MO 19-068 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement <br />for $108,340 with Fehr & Peers for planning, community outreach and <br />conceptual design for the Roosevelt Avenue Traffic Calming Plan. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.F. Award -California Water Tank, Pump Station, and Transmission Main Project <br />(304) MO 19-069 & RESO 15746 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, disqualify the bid of Disney Construction Inc., award the standard <br />form contract 00520 for the California Water Tank, Pump Station, and <br />Transmission Main Project to Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. for <br />their Responsive and Responsible Low Bid of $10,512,160.00, and authorize the <br />Page 3 of 8 <br />
