City Attorney Report from Closed Session <br />City Attorney Veronica Ramirez reported that the City Council voted <br />unanimously to approve a settlement agreement in the matter of City of <br />Redwood City v. Brenda Smith in the amount of $251,887 to settle the litigation. <br />9.E. City Manager (Oral) Update <br />City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz reported on the Community Budget <br />Workshop on April 10 at the Veterans Memorial Senior Center and the upcoming <br />speaker series regarding visioning for a downtown park on April 11 at the Fox <br />Forum. <br />10. ADJOURNMENT <br />Councilmember Borgens read a biography in memory of Paul Shepherd. <br />M/S Borgens/Howard to adjourn in memory of Paul Shepherd passes unanimously <br />by voice vote.
