(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 22, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services <br />Agreement with Cornerstone Earth Group to provide Geotechnical Engineering Services for <br />the construction phase of the California Water Tank, Pump Station and Transmission Main <br />Project in the amount of $92,960, and authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement <br />for an additional amount of $9,296 in the event additional services are necessary, for a total <br />contract amount of $102,256. <br />Motion passes 5-0 by electronic vote with Councilmembers Borgens and Hale absent. <br />9-t'�W -e <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
