2. No person under the age of twenty-one (21) years is served alcohol; <br />3. No person is served who appears to be intoxicated; and <br />4. Alcohol is consumed only within the defined area, as approved by the <br />Police Department. <br />E. Police may prohibit the sale of alcohol at any time during the event if it is <br />determined that these regulations are not adhered to or in the interest of public <br />safety. <br />SECTION 10: VIOLATION OF THESE GUIDELINES <br />Whenever a Permittee or those under the control of the Permittee violate any condition <br />contained in these Guidelines, the Director of the Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Department may revoke the Event Permit.
