2. Cooking booths shall be equipped with visible and accessible fire extinguishers <br />mounted adjacent to the exit. <br />3. For vendor booths, the maximum travel distance to a fire extinguisher with a <br />minimum rating of 2A: 10B: C shall not exceed seventy-five (75) feet. <br />4. Each generator shall be provided with a fire extinguisher with a minimum 4013: C <br />rating. The extinguisher shall be located near the generator and accessible at all <br />times. <br />5. All fire extinguishers shall be serviced and tagged annually by a State -licensed <br />contractor. <br />I. Tent / Membrane Structures Over Four Hundred (400) sqft. <br />1. Occupant load sign shall be posted at each exit identifying the maximum number <br />of people allowed as designated by the Fire Marshal. <br />2. Standby personnel will be essential, as deemed by the Fire Code Official, for public <br />safety in a tent or membrane structure used as a place of assembly or any other <br />use where people congregate. <br />3. Crowd managers or crowd manager supervisors shall be used at a ratio of one <br />crowd manager/supervisor for every two hundred and fifty (250) occupants, as <br />approved. <br />J. Miscellaneous <br />1. All compressed gas cylinders shall be secured in an upright position. <br />2. All cooking areas shall be cleaned regularly to prevent the build-up of grease. <br />K. Fire Safety Tips <br />1. Know where fire extinguishers are and how to use them. <br />2. Do not leave cooking unattended. <br />3. Do not wear loose -fitting clothing while cooking. <br />4. Remove trash regularly. <br />5.
