(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 22, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Masur/Aguirre to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution making a portion of Hopkins Avenue a temporary one-way street for <br />the period of the Hopkins Traffic Calming Pilot Project. <br />2. By motion, approve the contract documents and award the standard form contract for the <br />Hopkins Traffic Calming Pilot Project to Golden Bay Construction of Hayward, California <br />for their responsive and responsible total bid (base bid and two additive alternate bid <br />items) in the amount of $161,568.50; and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% above the contract amount. <br />Motion passes 4-0 by electronic vote with Councilmember Reddy recused and <br />Councilmembers Borgens and Hale absent. <br />621vaz 16 <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
