Exhibit A Vendor shall manufacture for City, upon an order being placed by City, for final acceptance byVendor, at its home office in Appleton, Wisconsin, the apparatus and equipment identified in the chart below and for the following prices: # Description Each A One (1) Pierce Manufacturing, Inc. 107' Arrow XT Tiller (Tag -On to City of Philadel bia, PA Contract #17-0935 $1,170,247.28 B 9.75% State Sales Tax $114,099.11 C California Tire Fee $14.00 D Grand total at ee $1,284,360.39 City shall pay the purchase price of $1,284,360.39 to Vendor at the time of delivery or pick up of the product. If payment of the purchase price is late or delivery is delayed pending payment, a daily finance charge of $150.00 and a daily storage fee of $50.00 may apply until such payment is received. Said apparatus and equipment are to be built and shipped in accordance with the specifications hereto attached, delays due to strikes, war, or intentional conflict, failures to obtain chassis, materials, or other causes beyond Vendor's control not preventing, within 415 calendar days after receipt of the City's order and the acceptance thereof at Vendor's office at Appleton, Wisconsin, and to be delivered to the City at Redwood City, California. The specifications herein contained are part of this Agreement, and are subject to changes desired by the City, provided such alterations are interlined prior to acceptance by the Vendor of the order to purchase, and provided such alterations do not materially affect the cost of construction of the apparatus. The fire apparatus will confirm with all Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations in effect at the time of the bid, and with all National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Guidelines for Automotive Fire Apparatus as published at the time of the bid, except as modified by the City's specifications. Any increased costs incurred by Vendor because of future changes in or additions to said DOT or NFPA standards will be passed along to the City as an addition to the price set forth above.
