9/27/99 <br /> ~ 0'RIGINAL - <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13743 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH REDWOD <br /> CITY'S PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br /> <br /> (NICHOLS VALLERGA & ASSOCIATES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires updating the City's <br />Pavement Management System to evaluate the condition of the 155 centerline <br />miles of roadway in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nichols Vallerga & Associates of Oakland, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Engineering Services - Redwood City's Pavement Management System <br />Update," (form dated 09/03/99), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and Nichols Vallerga & <br />Associates for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of <br /> <br />Reso-745 <br />DES:djk <br />F :lSharedlRedwoodlCouncil <br />09/03199 <br /> <br /> <br />
