California and Bay Area Paving Company, a copy of which agreement is on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Bay Area Paving <br />Company, are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return to the <br />unsuccessful bidder, and to the successful bidder upon execution by it of the <br />aforementioned agreement, all securities guaranteeing execution of said <br />agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> 2 13739 <br /> <br /> <br />
