- Exhibit "A" - <br /> <br /> GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> FOR <br /> (HERKNER SWIM POOL) <br /> <br /> Pursuant to the provision of Resolution No. of the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City, adopted , 1999, permission is hereby <br /> <br />granted to the Sequoia High School District, ("Permittee"), to use certain facilities <br />at the property known as 1315 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, California, and <br />also known as the Herkner Swim Pool (the "Facilities"), owned by the City of <br />Redwood City ("City"), under the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> <br /> This revocable permit (the "Permit") is granted subject to the following <br />terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Use; Services. <br /> <br /> (a) Permittee's Duties: <br /> <br /> (i) Permittee shall have the exclusive use of the Facilities from <br />September 14 to November 30, 1999. <br /> <br /> (ii) Permittee shall staff the Facilities with Sequoia High School <br />approved coaches, as determined by the Director of Parks and Recreation. <br /> <br /> (iii) Permittee shall be responsible for opening and closing the <br />Facilities. <br /> <br /> (iv) Permittee shall be responsible for cleaning the Facilities and <br />providing all supplies in connection therewith. <br /> <br /> (v) Permittee shall pay for all utilities for the building in which the <br />swimming pool is located upon presentation of an invoice by the City. The <br />utilities will include, but shall not be limited, the cost of all Water Quality Supplies, <br /> <br /> 13737 <br /> <br /> <br />
