10. Effective Date and Termination. This Permit be(~omes effective <br />upon execution of the Permit by City and Permittee, or September 14, 1999, <br />whichever comes last, shall continue in effect until November 30, 1999, unless <br />terminated by either party or extended by mutual agreement, pursuant to <br />paragraph 2, above. <br /> <br /> 1'1.
