1. All bids received in response to advertisement for bids made pursuant <br />to Resolution No. 13680, adopted July 26, 1999, for the dredging and cleaning <br />of box culverts and sumps at the Cordilleras Creek at Industrial Way are, and <br />each of them is, hereby rejected; the City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return to each bidder the bid security furnished by said bidders in <br />accordance with the Instructions to Bidders for said Project. <br /> <br /> 2. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents for Dredging <br />and Cleaning of Box Culverts and Sumps at Cordilleras Creek at Industrial Way <br />- Revised - City of Redwood City, California," prepared by the Public Works <br />Services Department, a copy of which documents are on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 3.
