8/23/99 <br /> ORIGINAL - <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13729 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR COMPUTERIZED <br /> MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SOF'FVVARE, INSTALLATION <br /> AND TRAINING FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, <br /> RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.65 of the Redwood <br />City Code, the City Manager caused public notice inviting bids to be published <br />for computerized maintenance management software, installation and training for <br />the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services of the City of <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication two bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS, TMA Systems, LLC of Tulsa, Oklahoma is the lowest <br />responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to accept the <br />bid of TMA Systems, LLC; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
