11. City Services: The City agrees to provide the following services: <br /> <br /> (1) Deliver traffic control devices to locations around the event area on <br /> Saturday, March 16, 2002, no later than 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br /> (2) Posting of "No Parking" signs to be completed by 5:00 p.m. on <br /> Wednesday, March 12, 2002. The signs will state: "No Parking on <br /> March 16, 2002, between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m." The signs will be <br /> placed on the streets affected by the event. <br /> <br /> (3) Police Reserve Officers and Cadets to provide traffic control. <br />12. Items Provided by Permittee: <br /> <br /> (1) Notification to the occupants of all homes or properties affected by the <br /> street closures by Wednesday, March 13, 2002 <br /> <br /> (2) Adequate temporary restroom facilities. <br /> <br /> (3) Personnel to assist with street closures and re-opening of streets. <br /> <br /> (4) Clean-up crew to function in the event area at the close of the event. <br /> <br />13. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not <br /> herein described or contemplated in connection with the event permitted <br /> hereunder, shall not be effectuated without the prior written consent of the <br /> Chief of Police. <br /> <br />14.
